Taxify is the fastest and most user-friendly taxi ordering app in the world. We already have over 100 000 happy customers in the Baltics and we are expanding into dozens of new cities this year. But we also need to make sure that we are great at home office so we are looking for YOU, the Office Manager of the world!


You will help turning Taxify into an organisation that will become a global brand reaching millions of people every day. The only way we can do this is if our home office is fully functional and constantly ready to take on new challenges. On Friday the 26th of September we are moving into our new office and that means that we need you as soon as possible!

This means:

  • organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office

  • organise the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment including managing the office budget

  • organise and keep the minutes of staff meetings as well as certain external meetings

  • responding to customer enquiries, complaints and other correspondence

  • organise induction programmes for new employees and keep personnel records – You are our HR

  • book transport and accommodation for the whole organisation

  • review and update health and safety policies

  • organize a lot of office parties and events


We really want you to:

  • have great interpersonal skills as well as organisational skills

  • be a very reliable and warm person that makes all team members and visitors alike feel like our office is a home away from home

  • have excellent spoken and written English (preferable also knowing a few other languages since we are a global company)
  • have relevant work experience

  • be super organised and motivated
  • have great IT skills
