You will be doing:

  • Understanding local needs, opportunities, regulations and creating a launch plan
  • Finding best talent, hiring and training local city team
  • Sales, training & logistics of local drivers, possibly fleet companies
  • Creating and executing marketing, events & PR to attract riders and boosting Taxify brand in the city
  • Managing everyday operations and finances

You must be:

  • a hustler. You will not stop at any obstacle until the result is delivered
  • analytical thinker who loves to solve problems
  • a jack of many trades; you feel comfortable doing anything from sales to support to product discussions
  • organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress like James Bond
  • social. You can easily network with people of all background

You have:

  • +5 years of operations / marketing management experience
  • BA degree in business / finance
  • successful experience running marketing campaigns & bizdev deals
  • survived an early stage startup
