Service Quality Specialist

You are going to be part of friendly Taxify team. We have tens of thousands of clients, who expect superb service and support in case there are any issues with Taxify.

This means:

  • You love communicating with people, either via calls, e-mails or meetings
  • Resolving drivers, customers questions genuinely while creating loyal fans
  • Working with Client Relations Systems, E-mails and Taxify backoffice systems
  • Helping with any other issues from our riders and drivers
  • Checking car quality, monitoring ratings, blocking bad drivers, etc.

We really want you to:

  • Be young, energetic and attentive communicator
  • Have good spoken and written Latvian, Russian and English
  • Set and maintain standards for quality to ensure convenient and safe ride to our user
  • Get excited of making people super happy :)
  • Be strict and grounded, when you need to punish our drivers
